The cause of death was determined by an autopsy to be blunt impact head injuries, according to State Police, who also stated that “the manner of death is inconclusive, pending investigation.”
Police detained Thomas Shane Hanley, 30, also of Henniker, on Tuesday after her tattoo on the small of her back was released, according to WHAM.
According to a court document that Inside Edition Digital was able to get, Hanley is being prosecuted for behaviour following an accident, breach of bail, and stalking in connection with her passing.

Hanley has not yet entered a plea and has been assigned a public defender, according to the Merrimack Superior Court, although his case has not yet been assigned to a specific attorney.
